DELIVERY METHODS:

 

Soitin Laine has been known as a fast supplier for decades, and we stick to this for online orders as well. About 97% of orders are sent no later than the weekday following the order - orders placed before midday on weekdays are often shipped the same day!

If you choose pickup from the store in Turku or Helsinki as the delivery method, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail of the day when the order can be picked up (usually no later than a week after the order).

If the product is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you by email or phone.

Our salespeople and warehouse workers are professionals in the handling of musical instruments, so you can trust that your order will arrive safely and securely packed. We use a lot of recycled material as packaging material for shipments. Here, as in all our other activities, we strive to minimize the amount of waste generated - we do not buy packing materials separately or print fancy cardboard boxes with our own logo for single use.

 

PICK UP:

You can pick up your order from the store in Turku or Helsinki.

MATKAHUOLTO:

XXS package for Matkahuolto pick-up point/agent 3cm x 25cm x 40cm 30kg €6. In the XXS package, only one package can be included in the shipment.

Matkahuolto lähellä package (max 30kg): Matkahuolto locations, R-kiosks, parcel points of K-Market or Sale stores (choose at checkout to which pick-up point the order will be delivered).

POSTAL:

NOTE Due to an unreasonable amount of loss, WE DO NOT SEND ORDERS BY LETTERS WITHOUT A TRACKING CODE. In place of the letter, Posti's small package has become a delivery option, which is a shipment with a tracking code that is delivered to the mailbox with the basic delivery.

Small package (maximum size: 35.3 x 25 x 3 cm, weight less than 2 kg) *

*  Posti delivers the shipments to the recipient's mailbox or mailbox. Deliveries are made on weekdays.

If the shipment does not fit in the mailbox or mailbox, it will be delivered to the recipient's local post office for pickup.

NOTE! We reserve the right to deliver large shipments/weighing more than 35 kg with alternative delivery methods.

Through the online store, you can order products only in Finland (excluding Åland). If you want to order outside Finland (or Åland), contact us by email [email protected] or by phone +358 290 80 2400 and we will take care of it.

PAYMENT METHODS:

Through Paytrail you can pay in the online banks of all domestic banks: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Säästöpankki, Oma Säästöpankki, POP Bank, Aktia, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken and S-Pankki.

With invoice and installment services: Collector and Jousto.

Delivery costs are determined after you choose the delivery method. NOTE When placing an order, you can quickly check the shipping costs when you click "View and edit shopping cart" and select "Estimate shipping costs and tax".

AVAILABILITY:

You can see the availability of the product on the product card.

The warehouse of the online store, from which the ordered product is delivered, is either Turku or Helsinki.

A green ball means that the product is in store. Red means the product is out of stock.

You can also order a notification to your email when the product is back in stock.

Not all OUT OF STOCK products are automatically coming into stock.

RETURNS:

For returns, we comply with the Consumer Protection Act and the Finnish Consumer Agency's e-commerce guidelines. The purpose of the law is to give the consumer the right to get to know the product as it is possible in the store. You can return an unused product within 14 days of receiving the product, in which case its price will be fully refunded. A trial that preserves the possibility of return practically means that the product has no traces of use, and it is returned in its own intact original packaging. Computer software products do not have the right of return. However, please contact us immediately if you notice that the product you ordered is wrong. Most of the computer programs are delivered digitally these days and they are ordered afterward when the order has arrived in our online store. So most of them can still be canceled at this point.

Note If the product to be returned corresponds to the description given in the online store and is not a defective item, you must pay the return postage. But if you received something other than what you ordered, the return is of course free of charge for you. So if you want to return a product you ordered, always first contact the seller who handled the order, and you will receive case-specific instructions for the return! You can find the seller's name on the invoice/receipt that came with the order.

The right of return does not apply to companies or products picked up from the store.

WARRANTY:

The products have a normal importer's or factory's warranty, at least 6 months from the date of purchase or up to 10 years depending on the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty applies to material and manufacturing defects, not wear and tear resulting from normal use or misuse of the product. For possible warranty issues, always contact your seller first (read on the receipt or invoice) or [email protected]

OTHER CONTRACT TERMS:

Ownership of the object of sale belongs to the seller until the entire purchase price has been paid.

Dispute resolution and venue:

The consumer-customer has the right to refer disputes arising from the contract to the Consumer Disputes Board. Before taking the case to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the magistrates' consumer advisory service. The customer can also file a lawsuit regarding disputes in the district court of Turku or in the district court of the place in Finland in which he has his place of residence. If the customer does not have a place of residence in Finland, disputes are handled in the district court of Turku.

Attorney fees are not reimbursed, because the consumer advisory and consumer dispute board offers free help in resolving disputes.
