The device times out the connection due to inactivity. The AirTurn device is timed out due to non-use

Solution on tablets: set the screen saver in the settings to Never.

The solution in the AirTurn device: Connect to AirTurn Manager. Set Idle power off to Never

If Bluetooth does not connect, unpair both devices. (With AirTurn powered on, press and hold the power button for 8 seconds.) Then reconnect. Another common pairing problem is that some people connect to multiple devices and forget, that it was once connected to another device, and then of course it won't connect to the one it wants to the device without turning off the other device or unpairing. If the user wants to lock one device, it is possible with closed pairing. It can be set via Airturn Manager or at device start-up by pressing and holding the mode button and then turning on the power.

Abnormal issues can often be resolved by performing an OTA firmware update or factory reset using AirTurn Manager.

Batteries that have run out due to lack of use can be restored by performing a two-stage charge. First for an hour, then remove from the charger and then charge again overnight, this is called deep charging the battery.

If the battery is completely dead, it will not be recognized and must be replaced.
